Culinary Class "Sauces"

The much requested Culinary Participation Class on sauce preparation is now open for registration. The classes will be limited to 20 participants and will be divided into 4 groups. We do expect these classes to fill quicky due to participation limitations so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.

Each group will receive several bottles of wine to be used in the preparation of the sauces they will be making and for a bit of imbibing during the course of our day together. The sauces you make will be used for the entrees you will also be preparing for your dining pleasure. Mama's staff will prepare an array of appetizers and snacks for us to sample while we are slaving away over the hot stove. There may be a few deserts available as well.

This should be the most fun we have had so far at a Culinary Class and we look forward to you joining us for a day of cooking, dining and imbibing. The cost for this event will be $40.00 per person. Due to the limited size of these classes, payment will be required at the time of registration.
